Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Estimated Transit Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 business days once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Total Estimated Time: You can expect your package to arrive within 10 to 19 business days from the date your order was placed (Processing Time + Transit Time).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to slight delays due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your order.
DANWHA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or for lost/delayed packages caused by incorrect address details.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your destination, orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Any custom fees or import duties levied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
